Compliance Drives Process
Exterran Water Management Services (EWMS) Compliance Group uses laboratory water analysis and process data to determine process control set points. Water samples from each process step are routinely taken and correlated with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) (Tell me more) data from water quality monitoring instruments. This analysis is then used to set process control set points in the plant that assure compliance. As additional data is obtained, stronger correlations are developed and the process controls are fine tuned.
