EMIT Water Discharge Technologies was founded in 2002 to provide a water treatment solution for the Powder River Basin Coal Bed Methane development. As the largest Services Provider we have managed over 500,000,000 bbl of water, allowing our Clients to produce over 500 BCF of natural gas.
EXTERRAN acquired EMIT in July of 2008, adding significant technical and logistical capabilities.
