EMIT Water Discharge Technology’s platform system is the Higgins Loop Ion Exchange Unit. Every technology available for water treatment has a "sweet spot". Coal Bed Methane, Big George Coal, WY water is our sweet spot (3500 TDS, Sodium Bicarbonate water).

Other chemistry in produced water are a challenge for water treatment companies. As EMIT's reputation as the premier water treatment company in the Powder River expands, so does the water quality EMIT is asked to treat.

Currently our Process Development Group offers these services:
